4. Massage your head - If you feel a bit worn-out or if you think you have used your brain so much, take a rest and give your brain a simple and unwinding massage. 5. Always have some drugs with you - by drugs, I meant simple and basic ones for headache like paracetamol. Anywhere you are, if you feel dizzy or your head aches, these meds give instant relief. How could you concentrate with all of that agony?

There are plenty of ways to improve concentration and a large part of that will depend on the person’s lifestyle, study habits and emotional disposition. Yes, even our emotional state can affect our brains. Remember that first heartbreak? It felt like the world is crumbling down on you, right? I bet you had a tough time paying attention in class. Even the easy task of getting out of bed becomes too tedious.
